Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Excursion Lovers, we aim to provide the best experience for our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel their reservation under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour may be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour time may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows (customers who do not attend the tour without cancellation) are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by Company
In rare situations, tours may be cancelled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational issues
- Insufficient participants
In these cases, customers will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative tour option if available.
Changes to Reservations
Customers may request changes to their reservation depending on availability. We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible.
Third-Party Services
Some tours and services may be operated by third-party providers. Their cancellation policies may apply in certain situations.
